The following plants are all happy with their roots submerged below the water surface to varying degrees. Virtually all marginal pond plants are actually true bog plants which will grow happily submerged, whereas plants generally sold as bog plants are actually only moisture loving plants. In a real bog you would sink a bit or risk having your welly pulled off if you tried to move at the wettest times of the year. So to clarify, these are all marginal (around the edge but in the pond plants). See individual plant specifications for any particular plants adaptability.
